Ingredients:
i. 600grms of rice
ii. 1/2 of diced chicken
iii. 2 artichokes
iv. 2 red peppers (medium size)
v. 2 tomatoes
vi. Salt and pepper
vii. 1 clove of garlic
viii. Parsley
ix. Olive oil (0.25 litre)
x. 1/2 lemon
xi. Rosemary and thyme
xii. 3 filaments of SAFFRON
Steps:
1) Fry the chicken with olive oil. Once fried, put chicken to boil in 8 glasses of water.
2) Separately, fry slightly the artichokes with the red pepper.
3) Separately, fry slightly the tomato and the clove of garlic.
4) Prepare the rice with the tomato and the garlic. After 1/2 hour, the chicken should be already boiled; before the rice is ready, add the chicken to the rice (with the juices), the artichokes, the red pepper, the parsley, rosemary and thyme.
5) Add the saffron filaments chopped all over the container; also, add some salt.
6) When everything is already in the container, cook it over strong fire. Half the way, change the fire to a medium fire and leave 20 minutes. Let it rest for five minutes and serve pouring some lemon over it.
